Frozen Elsa homemade cake. I baked a cake using yellow cake mix and frosted it with store bought vanilla frosting dyed with blue food coloring. Drop a few droplets of food coloring in the frosting jar and dye to your liking. Using a glass cup, I created a hole for Elsa to sit in for presentation.
Mochi brownies using sweet rice flour. Chewy and crunchy on the outside with a hollowed taste inside it creates a brownie unlike the ones you probably grew up with!
